100 points = £5 off your next order
How to redeem your points
- Login to your account to see how many Loyalty Points you currently have
- Once you have 100 points or more you will automatically be given the option at checkout to redeem 100 points for £5 off your order or 200 points for £10 off and so on
- The ‘Apply Discount’ button will appear at the top of the ‘Your Basket’ page if you have 100 points or more
- Please note that loyalty points can’t be redeemed in conjunction with other voucher codes

Because some of our products contain active ingredients, we require a quick consultation to ensure they’re the right fit for your skincare needs. Activating your account is easy and can be done very easily by simply clicking to fill out the form.

Points are rewarded for purchases made online or over the phone.
To redeem £5 off, you’ll need a minimum of 100 points. Don’t worry! You can easily earn 25 points per product review for verified purchases.
You can redeem 100 points for £5 off, and the remaining points will stay in your account. For example, if you have 153 points and redeem £5, you’ll have 53 points left.
Yes, points can be redeemed in blocks of 100. If you have 200 points, you can use them for £10 off your next purchase.
Once you’ve confirmed your basket and have 100 points or more, the ‘Apply Discount’ button will appear at the top of the Secure Checkout page.
Yes, you’ll still earn 1 point for every £2 spent, even with a discount.
Unfortunately, no. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
Log in to your account, visit the product page you want to review, and click the ‘Reviews’ tab to leave your comments. Only verified purchases qualify for the 25 points.
No, as long as the reviews are for verified purchases. However, points for a product review are only awarded once per product.
Yes, points are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that, unused points will be automatically removed from your account.
Yes! Simply log in to your account and you’ll find your points under ‘My Loyalty Points.’
