Cancellation policy and Lateness Policy:

At Beyond Beauty, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our treatments are bespoke, one-to-one appointments that require dedicated preparation and sufficient time to deliver the highest standard of care.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed without notice, or where clients fail to attend may be charged up to 100% of the appointment value.

For Skin Strategy Sessions, Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, Microneedling, and treatments over £100, full payment or a booking fee may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments, and the full appointment fee may still apply.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment so you can relax, complete any necessary consultation forms and begin your experience feeling calm and unhurried.
